All obstacles should drop away, and the energy of kundalini can go straight upward.

So in the second ten minutes you will be experimenting with dropping the madness of the mind, so that no obstacle remains in the path of the kundalini. To awaken this energy, for ten minutes you will be hammering with deep breathing. The whole body will become electrified, will begin to vibrate. Much has been suppressed, many blocked energies have accumulated in our minds. Within a day or two you will find that it starts coming on its own. The moment you begin, the current will burst forth and it will become spontaneous. For jumping, do you need to try? Just do it, don’t bother about trying. Yesterday some friends came to me and said, “We try, but it doesn’t happen to us.” There is no need to try.
